TSUNAMI
During the Tsunami appeal Bodmin club collected many items of clothing tents and food at a collection point set up in an empty shop in the main street of Bodmin, the collected items were taken to RAF St Mawgan to be sorted and packed in 40ft containers for shipment by the Lions club of Newquay. In the same shop the Rotary club of Bodmin collected cash donations for The Shelter Box Trust.
Bodmin people came up trumps we collected four van loads of clothing etc.

All the profits from this years Pantomime were also donated to the tsunami appeal. The profits were boosted as we were given free use of the public rooms and the BCA rooms for this one off appeal. In total we donated nearly £5000 to the appeal in addition to the clothing, tents etc.
